My fabulous guild Que Sera Sera is now recruiting. We're an Alliance raiding guild, casual enough to let people have lives but serious enough to down all the raids in an efficient way. Before the great 3.0 raiding nerf we cleared every boss through Black Temple except Kael'thas. We cleared all the bosses in WotLK by mid January. We still have one progression goal, Sartharion + 3 Drakes. Just started seriously on that a week or two ago, come be part of that!
Currently we're recruiting healers and magical DPS. Particularly resto shammies, mages, and warlocks. Unfortunately for my main readers we're not looking for druids at the moment. Fill out our recruitment form if you're interested!
Our guild is on the Garona/US PvE server. We schedule 25 man raids four nights a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday from 8pm to 11pm Eastern time. Members are expected to sign up for 2/3 of the raids. We raid seriously and expect people to play well, but we play to have fun. Promise, our raid leader almost never yells more DoTs. We also do a fair amount of 10 mans on off nights including alt Naxx runs, achievement runs, etc.
I made a server transfer to join Karthis and Que Sera Sera about nine months ago. I was sad to leave my old guild, but was glad to find that QSS was full of smart, mature people who were fun to play the game with. And I really appreciated the step up in raiding dedication. Now's a great time for a smart player in a weaker raiding guild looking to step up their game. Do you play smart, read a bit of theory on Elitist Jerks, gotten all the best gear you could get on your own but can't get into Naxx/25 for the upgrades you want? You may be a great candidate for us. Old-hands at 25 man raids also most welcome. We plan to stay in raiding trim and hit the ground running on Ulduar.

WoW. now that is recruiting. I have the exact same needs in my guild as what you are looking for. Except my guild isn't top notch and hasn't cleared Naxx. ::frown:: Good Luck Finding it.
